You will not be notified before the arrival of your delivery.  Once your delivery is made you are solely 100% responsible for the delivery.

Minimum order requirement?

No...All orders under $300 will be charged the full rate of shipping/freight upon checkout.Orders between 300.00 and $750.00 will be charged shipping listed above.

*Orders in Zone 5 do not receive free shipping due to the excessive cost to ship to this region. The fee for this Zone is $200.00

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Authorize.net is our website processor and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

What states do you ship to?

We ship to most US states except the following...CA, DE, NV, AK, HI, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, MA, TN, OH and Washington DC.

 Certain NON Hazmat items can ship nationwide via common carriers to all legal states (i.e. FedEx or UPS)

We cannot ship to PO Boxes and we do not ship outside the USA

My delivery address is in an area not accessible for tractor trailers

All fireworks are shipped via common carrier (18 wheeler or delivery truck) to your home or business.  Your Ship to location must be able to accept freight shipments.

What do I do when the truck arrives?

Delivery drivers in most cases will not unload your order.  Your order will be placed on the tailgate of the truck. If you need the cartons lowered down from the back of the truck you must select the optional (Liftgate Delivery Service) which is available to you at the time of checkout. If your order is unable to be delivered to your home, you are responsible for picking up your order from the nearest R+L terminal.

My boxes have been damaged during shipping

We are not responsible for damage, lost, or stolen merchandise. Always inspect your order and have the driver note any damages on the delivery receipt before signing for your shipment. If you did not note the damage with the driver, it will be up to you to contact the carrier and open/file a claim.  You may also need to contact us at Support@Luckyfireworks for assistance.

I placed an order and decided to cancel it?

Once your order is placed in the possession of the shipping carrier, ownership passes to you. Once your fireworks have been shipped, they can NEVER be returned. Do not order fireworks if there is any chance you may not want them when they arrive. All sales are final.If your order has not shipped yet we may be able to cancel, however you may be charged a restocking fee of $50.

Are fireworks legal in my state?

You may need to consult with the state, county or local officials in the area that you will be shooting your fireworks. Even in states where fireworks are permitted,  certain counties, municipalities and/or cities may have additional restrictions. Your local fire department is a good resource for your local firework laws and restrictions.

Once an order is placed on to the carrier's truck, ownership transfers to the customer (and so does the confiscation risk). Local regulations vary widely and may prohibit the ability to ship, store, possess, or otherwise use fireworks in certain areas.  It is the customer's responsibility to become familiar with local guidelines and regulations prior to placing your order.

Cancellations, Return, & Refunds 

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped you can cancel your order with a $50 cancellation and restocking fee. 

What if my package arrives damaged? 

If your case, unit, or box has damage to the outside but the contents within are undamaged and the fireworks perform as expected, then your case, unit, or box is damaged only cosmetically. We do not offer refunds for fireworks that have cosmetic damage.

Returns

For everyone’s safety, items cannot be returned. If you’re unhappy with your product for any reason, please reach out to support@luckyfireworks.com and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Please send a photo showing the fuse was lit and the firework did not ignite. When received and approved a credit will be refunded back to the customer. 

Can I get a refund or exchange?

In most cases, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our firework products due to their nature. However, if the product has physical damage we will refund the damaged products. 

Send an email to support@luckyfireworks.com with the following information included:

  • Purchaser Information (full name, email address, phone number)

  • A list of the firework(s) that did not function as intended/expected

  • A description of how each firework failed to perform

  • Pictures and/or videos that show how the firework(s) failed to perform 

We will review the information you have provided and determine whether or not to issue a credit to your account.
